Store Policy


All sales are final - No Refunds - No Exchanges

(unless item was damaged upon receiving with proof of damage with date/time/images, our team will contact the customer confirming approval/disapproval of item to be replaced or changed).

Due to the nature of Products leaving our store, we do not allow any returns on Products. All sales are final unless there is damage to the product when received or some form of proof order was not received. Our team will be in contact with you within 24-72 hours upon issue being reported to confirm final decision. 

If order is not Picked up within 10 days there will be no refund, may be Sold and cause extended time frame.

If you received a damage Product through Delivery or Shipping we will need images to be emailed right away to: AlkalineEnvironment@gmail.com to confirm approval or disapproval of the issue. Our team is not held responsible for packages left in Mailboxes, out on Front Porch or with an approved/unapproved Party.
